German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good size potatoes
    5 slices bacon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    4 beaten egg yolks
Preparation
    Cook, cool and slice potatoes.
    Fry bacon.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, water and beaten egg yolks.
    Add to bacon and cook until thickens.
    Pour over sliced potatoes.
    Let set a few hours before using.
