Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    4 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Stir together beaten eggs and sugar.
    Add next 4 ingredients and nuts, if desired.
    Melt margarine and chocolate over hot water or in microwave. Add to other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased) about 35 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting, if desired.
