Olive Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
    30 drops hot sauce
    15 oz. jar olives
    2 Tbsp. olive juice
Preparation
    Drain juice from olives, reserving 2 tablespoons.
    Combine cheese, flour, margarine and hot sauce.
    Mix well.
    Add enough olive juice to moisten.
    Wrap small piece of cheese around each olive.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Do not overbake or cheese will dry out.
