Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
3 Tbsp. oil
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. Bran cereal
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Beat egg in large bowl.
Stir in oil and pineapple.
Add flour mixture and partially blend.
Add Bran cereal and nuts.
Stir until ingredients are just moistened.
Pour into a greased loaf tin. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
