Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean stewing beef
    3 c. tomato juice
    3 c. water
    3 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    16 or 20 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 onion, chopped
    4 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut beef in small pieces; brown well in shortening.
    Place meat and all other ingredients in crock pot.
    Cook on high for 6 hours.
