Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. water or broth
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 c. cooked peas (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place soup, water and chicken in pot to boil.
    Add rice and other ingredients.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
