Barbecued Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    few drops liquid smoke (optional)
Preparation
    Make marinade by mixing butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper sauce and liquid smoke. Brush marinade over salmon steaks generously; place on grill over hot coals, grill, allowing 20 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily.
    Turn over halfway through cooking time. Baste frequently with marinade during cooking and once after taking off grill.
