Spinach-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. seasoned croutons, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. melted oleo, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix croutons and oleo well.
Press into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine rest of ingredients except Parmesan cheese and spoon over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
