Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise (1/2 c. plain yogurt may be substituted)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash of lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole or souffle dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
Yield: about 5 cups.
One-half of the recipe will serve 4 people and fit into a 9-inch pie dish.
