    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. chopped, parsley
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    2 c. diced bread
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 lb. red snapper
Preparation
