Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 egg
    5 or 6 crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove bones and skin.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form into patties and fry in 4 tablespoons oil until brown.
    Drain.
