Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 egg
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 grated jalapeno pepper
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix together to form a loaf. Cook in oblong Pyrex dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Drain off excess grease. Cover with catsup and cook 15 more minutes. Serve hot.
