Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast filets
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand island salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Drain sauerkraut; squeeze dry.
    Spread over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Yields 4 servings.
