Grape Gelatin Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can frozen grape juice concentrate
    3 cans water
    2 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) Knox gelatine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. red sweet cherries, drained
Preparation
    Mix grape juice concentrate with water.
    Dissolve gelatine in 1 cup of juice.
    Add sugar, salt and two cups grape juice, heated. Stir until sugar is dissolved; add lemon juice and chill until partially set.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
