Chocolate Covered Pecans(Turtles) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 1/2 oz. caramels
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
2 c. pecan halves
8 oz. milk chocolate
1/3 bar paraffin
Preparation

Combine caramels and milk in top of double boiler.
Heat over water until melted.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in pecans.
Drop onto buttered wax paper.
Cool at least 15 minutes.
Combine chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler.
Heat until melted. Using toothpick, dip each cluster in chocolate.
Cool on wax paper.
