Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 to 1/2 c. drained peaches
Preparation

Melt butter in 8 or 9-inch baking dish while oven is preheating to 350\u00b0.
Set aside.
Combine flour, sugar and about 1/2 of milk. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Add remaining milk and stir until smooth.
Pour batter over melted butter.
Do not mix. Place drained fruit over top.
Do not mix.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and center springs back when touched. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
