Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 egg
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored marshmallows
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter.
    Add sugar and egg.
    Put marshmallows in large bowl; pour chocolate mixture over them. Stir until marshmallows are well coated.
    Roll into logs.
    Roll in coconut.
    Refrigerate.
    May be frozen.
