Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dark brown sugar
    4 c. strong coffee
    1/5 Brandy or Rum
    1 vanilla bean
Preparation
    Melt the sugar in the coffee until its all dissolved into a syrup.
    Cool, then add 1/5 of Brandy or Rum.
    Cut a vanilla bean into snips and put some in each jar.
    Let sit 3 weeks. Serve with family and friends.
