Cranberry Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled, chopped apples
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Combine apples, sugar and oil in medium mixing bowl.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Add to apple mixture, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist.
    Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
    Spread batter evenly in pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 1 loaf.
