Roast Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. pork drippings
    3 c. sauerkraut
    4 servings cooked roast pork
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook drippings in a 2-quart casserole oven until boiling.
    Add sauerkraut and water.
    Cover.
    Cook in microwave oven for 7 minutes.
    Place servings of roast on top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is heated through.
    Total cooking time: 10 to 12 minutes.
