Mushrooms(Side-Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; cut in thin slices.
    Soak 1/2 hour in salt water.
    Cover with water and cook until tender.
    Add shortening to skillet brown lightly chopped onion, simmer a few minutes.
    Add mushrooms and sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir.
    Serve with meat.
