Dive In Potato Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 baking potatoes
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    Ranch dressing for dip
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, peel if desired.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Cut each half into 3 wedges.
    Arrange wedges in circle on microwavable plate.
    Brush with combined butter and seasoning salt.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
    Turn plate halfway around and microwave 7 more minutes.
    Remove waxed paper and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on potatoes.
    Serve with dip.
