Shrimp And Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. peeled and deveined Texas shrimp
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 purple onion, sliced
3/4 c. prepared herb, vinegar and oil salad dressing
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Add shrimp to boiling water.
Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Shrimp should be opaque throughout.
Drain and cool immediately.
