Quiche Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unbleached flour
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat milk
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preparation

Place flour in mixing bowl. Combine oil and milk and add to flour, all at once.
Mix quickly with a fork until mixture forms into a ball. Roll dough out between sheets of waxed paper to a 12-inch circle.
Line an 8 or 9-inch pie plate with the pastry and crimp the edges.
Pierce dough in several places with fork. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before filling.
