Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic (4 to 6 cloves)
    6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 c.)
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/2 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
