Baked Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    12 oz. lasagna
    1 egg
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, brown ground beef in oil with onion and garlic.
    Drain; add spaghetti sauce and simmer 20 to 30 minutes over low heat.
    Cook lasagna as directed on package.
    Mix egg and Ricotta cheese.
