Chicken Getti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti, broken in two-inch pieces, cooked and drained
    2 to 3 c. chicken or turkey
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. broth
    1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    1/4 tsp. celery or onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up in 1/4-inch cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Velveeta; mix thoroughly.
    Add 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese and mix.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan or large casserole dish.
    Add remaining Velveeta cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
