Dean'S Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat to 236\u00b0 (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer.
    Stir constantly.
    Cool slightly. Beat until mixture begins to thicken.
    Drop candy rapidly from tablespoon onto waxed paper or buttered baking sheet.
    If too stiff, add hot water.
