Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Add beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Add lemon juice, rind and butter.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture carefully.
    Pour in unbaked pastry shell and bake for 60 minutes in a slow oven.
