Rhesa'S Easy Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. whole grain cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 c. rice flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. rice milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix cornmeal with milk and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour batter into an 8-inch pan that has been greased.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Cut into wedges.
