Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. pimentos, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 (16 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 tsp. salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine vegetables.
In a small bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover and chill overnight.
