Seafood Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil (to cover bottom of pan)
    2 or 3 small cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1 can tomato juice
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    1 can tuna, drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in pan.
    Add garlic, onion and tuna and brown over moderate heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar and bring to boil.
    Allow sauce to simmer, in a covered saucepan, for 3 hours.
