Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket
    4 slices onions
    1 bottle Figaro liquid smoke
Preparation
    Trim as much fat from brisket as possible.
    Slice 2 onions into rings and lay in large roaster.
    Put brisket in.
    Top with 2 more sliced onions.
    Pour bottle of figaro liquid smoke over brisket.
    Cover closely.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours (overnight).
    Let sit for 1 to 2 hours, then remove from juice. Throw onions and juice away.
    Slice thinly.
    Serve with barbecue sauce.
