1 Hour Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to buttermilk. Beat in remaining ingredients. Beat well; let rest 10 minutes. Form into rolls; let rise. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
