East India Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped mango chutney
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 to 3 oz. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except coconut; mix well.
    Roll into ball.
    Roll ball in the shredded coconut.
    Serve with crackers. May be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
