Ground Beef Potato Supreme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 to 3 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 pt. light sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    16 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients, except cornflakes and margarine.
    Stir well.
    Melt margarine in 1 large or 2 medium casseroles.
    Pour in potato-ground beef mixture.
    Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
    Dot with 1/4 cup margarine.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    You may have to put a piece of foil on top toward the last 1/2 hour to keep the cornflakes from getting too brown.
