Oven-Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Microwave browning dish on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Add pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is golden.
    Turn over halfway through cooking.
    Add water.
    Cover with tight fitting lid.
    Microwave on Medium for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
