Norwegian Puff Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup butter, divided
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
1 cup flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Cut
1/2 cup butter into flour, add 2 Tbsp. water. Round into 2 balls. Pat out dough into 2 long strips 3 x 12 on ungreased cookie sheet. Bring 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup water to a boil. Add almond flavoring. Remove from heat. Add flour. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well by hand. Place this evenly over strips and bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. After cooled, frost.
