Lime Jello And Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water (then cool).
Blend in mayonnaise and milk.
Add pineapple, salt and lemon juice.
Add cottage cheese and pecans.
Pour into large mold and put in refrigerator until firm.
