Quick Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) pink salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Drain liquid off salmon; save.
    Combine salmon, egg, onion and flour.
    Add 2 tablespoons salmon liquid.
    Form into small patties and shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Serve with tartar sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
