Robert (Mustard) Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. brown (Gulden's) mustard
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth (chicken bouillon)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. scallions
    1 pinch garlic
    1 pinch ginger
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add scallions and flour.
    Stir for 3 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
    Great over various meats (especially chicken).
