Spanish Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. okra, cut 1/4-inch thick
    2 large fresh tomatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute okra, tomatoes, onion and salt in butter for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, Tabasco sauce and water; mix well.
    Simmer, covered, on low heat until vegetables are tender and mix has thickened.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
