Tennessee River Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    3/4 c. beer
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. plain cornmeal
    2 lb. catfish fillets
    Jalapeno Tartar Sauce (see recipe)
