Hawaiian Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 slices of pineapple
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    In a bowl, combine flour, salt & pepper.
    Roll chops in flour mixture to coat.
    Arrange chops in a baking dish.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Lay a slice of pineapple on each chop; return to 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
