Mushroom And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. regular rice
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add rice and brown. Add mushrooms. Pour in casserole dish and add broths and almonds.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until liquid is absorbed.
