King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    10 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles
    12 tortillas
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and cut
    1 large onion
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine soups, chicken broth and tomatoes and set aside.
    Oil a 3-quart casserole.
    Layer 1/2 of the tortilla pieces, 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 of cheese in the casserole. Pour half of the chicken broth mixture over layers.
    Repeat layers and then add remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. (Can be frozen and reheated.)
