Guamanian Chicken Estufao - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) fryer
1 c. onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Place chicken, garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper into a bowl.
Mix well.
Drain liquid and reserve.
