Oven Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, chopped plus 1/2 c. liquid
2 c. thinly sliced celery, sauteed
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Toss above ingredients together (lightly).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with Cheez Whiz.
Return to oven about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and cover with a can of French onion rings.
Return to oven about 2 minutes.
(Bake in casserole dish.)
