Phillipine Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    3 c. fresh bean sprouts
    soy sauce to taste
    cooking oil
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Fry onion until limp.
    Add meat, celery, carrot, garlic salt and soy sauce.
    Brown; drain off grease.
    Add bean sprouts; mix well.
    Taste and add more seasonings if desired.
    Spoon a small amount of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
    Fold 2 opposite sides over and about 3/4 inch each.
    Then roll up according to illustration on package.
    Seal edge with water.
    (Dip your finger in water, then run along edge of wrapper and seal.)
    Heat 1/2 inch of oil in frying pan on medium high.
    Add 4 egg rolls and brown on both sides lightly.
    Repeat until all are cooked.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with duck sauce.
