Mexican Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 celery rib, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/4 c. water
    2 (15 to 16 oz. each) cans refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (optional)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/3 c. pitted ripe olives, chopped
    1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef, celery and onion until meat is browned; drain.
    Stir in taco mix, water, beans and green chilies if desired; mix well.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with cheese, green onions, tomatoes, olives and chips.
